Job responsibilities:

Oversees and supervises all breakfast and brunch services. Washes, Cuts and prepares food and ingredients for cooking. Assists with menu planning, inventory and management of supplies. Ensures that food is top quality and that kitchen is in good condition. Keeps stations clean and complies with food safety standards.

Job responsibilities:

Washes, cuts, and prepares food and ingredients for cooking. Prepares the kitchen tools and area for cooking, wash dishes, organize the storage areas and shelves in the kitchen, and respond to the needs of Chefs and other cooking staff.

Line Cook

Occupies a support role in the kitchen of a restaurant: They prepare ingredients and dishes under the guidance of our Sous Chef. Their duties include cleaning and preparing food, cooking meals, and maintaining a sanitized work environment.
