Hello Members,

For the past couple of years, the Board has been working closely with our third-party Course Architect, Gary Browning, to develop a comprehensive Master Plan for our golf course. This Master Plan will serve as a broad guideline for investments we make into the golf course, maintaining the strengths and integrity of our existing course, while also presenting recommendations for potential enhancements. These enhancements will be further evaluated and prioritized as we move forward, ensuring a premier golfing experience for years to come.

I would like to thank Gary and his team for the work that they have completed on our Master Plan. His willingness to share ongoing insights and meet with our members is a reflection of his dedication to our Club through this entire process.   

The Open House on June 17, 2024 at 7pm at the Silver Springs Clubhouse will be the first of many communication activities with members this summer, as we continue to define the scope of the irrigation project that will come back to members for consideration. It is critical for all members to understand that the Master Plan serves as a guideline for potential enhancements to the Club that have been provided by an expert. The Board and its committees will ultimately determine which elements of the plan will move forward, how they will be paid for, and when they make sense to happen. Investments greater than $250,000 will come back to the membership to vote on.

The Board remains steadfast in our commitment to investing in the future of our Club to ensure we have a top tier course and facilities for decades to come for the benefit of current members and for the attraction of future members.
