"It will soon be ten years since we joined Silver Springs and it’s been one of the best decisions we ever made. The course itself is a challenge for any golfer and is always well taken care of but that is probably the last thing we think about at Silver Springs. The members are very welcoming to new faces and encourage participation in the many fun tournaments throughout the year. We have met many couples that have become good friends over the years and look forward to seeing them each spring. In addition to that the staff at all levels are very helpful and really do make an effort to make Silver Springs a place you want to be at. Our kids grew up at the course and were involved with the junior program for years. We plan to be at Silver Springs for many years to come and feel fortunate to be part of such an active, inclusive and fun community."

"I have been a proud member at Silver Springs since 1974. I have enjoyed showing off our golf course on numerous occasions by bringing guests to Silver Springs. I have never been disappointed in the shape and playability of the golf course nor the professionalism of the staff. My guests always leave with the greatest of satisfaction with their whole experience. Just as recently as last Fall, myself and two other members brought some guests to golf and enjoy our very popular Friday Night Prime Rib Special. They were all highly complementary with their comments about the golf course and the food."

"Silver Springs is an amazing golf course, with great amenities and services, and perhaps most importantly, a great community of wonderful members and staff. The location is ideal. It is almost inner city, less than 15 minutes from my office downtown. Silver Springs has great kids and intermediate programs; and works for couples even if one is not a golfer. The Pro Shop team does a great job introducing new members to existing members, getting new members started in men’s and ladies’ nights, mixed match play events and more. And while it is a “private” golf club, with all the benefits and many conveniences, it is a very welcoming club with a friendly membership. And I had my first hole-in-one (ever) on #17 at Silver Springs in 2022....so you know it's a great course :) Highly recommended!"

"Seven years ago, my husband and I decided to get a Social Membership at Silver Springs Golf and Country Club as we were already members playing golf at another golf course. After the first year as Social Members we quickly discovered how welcoming the membership is, in addition to how beautiful and well maintained the golf course is at Silver Springs. 

So, the next season we happily became Equity Members where we not only enjoyed the social events but the golf as well. The Women’s and Men’s golf leagues are so vibrant and inclusive that it was easy to get involved, plus we’ve enjoyed a variety of couples activities both on the golf course and socially.

Silver Springs Golf Course is a parkland that we have the privilege to play golf on.  The staff and members take great pride and responsibility to care for the course through environmentally responsible actions.  In 2020 Silver Springs Golf Course became one of 80 certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary Golf Courses in Canada.   This requires meeting high standards in; Environmental Planning, Wildlife and Habitat Management, Chemical Use Reduction and Safety, Water Conservation, Water Quality Management and Outreach and Education.  A real accomplishment for sure!
