Reservations via GGGolf

The Regroupement PAR is powered by GGGolf, a golf management software. Here is how it works:

The PAR allows booking teetimes online 3 days in advance, by displaying the participating clubs' starting times sheets or by searching for a specific starting time globally or by region.

 

In order to book a teetime, the members have to log in GGGolf, through their club's website. From there, the option "Reserve at another club", under the "Confirmed Staring Times" menu, takes the member to this page:

 

The member can now ask for specific search criterias, and the system will automatically display the results:

 

 

From here, the member can choose a teetime, for the hour and club desired, and fill in the form to book the foursome with members or guests:

 

 

GGGolf then confirms the reservation in real-time:

 

 

To cancel or modify a reservation, the member has to go in "Confirmed Starting Times" and then in "Confirmed Starting Times as a Captain". The PAR reservations must be canceled before 17:00, the day prior to the reservation, or a fee of 25$ per player will be charged to the foursome's captain:
