A place to unwind in good company, Whitlock encourages conviviality, modesty and composure. Awareness of others and respect for your surroundings is paramount—from good sportsmanship to proper care of the facilities, course and rink—and measuring up to one’s own standards of courtesy is the golden rule in assuring the greatest enjoyment and satisfaction of all. 

Reflecting our club’s desire to maintain social decorum, Whitlock’s dress code sets out standards of appearance consistent with the traditions of the club and the games of golf and curling. Guests may refer to clubhouse event invitations for specific note of formal, semi-formal or informal attire, and more detailed information regarding appropriate golf and clubhouse attire may be found here: CLUBHOUSE | GOLF

Cell phones should be turned off or on silent mode at all times and may be used for text, email, photos and apps, while voice communication is limited to the designated areas; namely the locker rooms, the Whitlock room and the parking lot.

Smoking is only permitted at a distance of 9 meters from the front entrance of the Clubhouse.

No Cannabis, in any form, may be consumed on the premises of Whitlock Golf & Country Club, or the golf course.

Members and organizing persons are responsible for the conduct and appearance of their guests at all times, and club staff is directed to discretely inform them of any infractions of club policies.
