BY_LAWS:
7.2 Upon receiving an application, the Secretary shall inform all shareholder members that an application has been received. The notice shall be posted in the clubhouse and on the web site for a period of fifteen (15) days. If, during the posting period, a member opposes the application, the member must signify his opposition in writing to the Secretary along with the reasons for his objection.
