Proud of its 105 years of existence, Club Laval-sur-le-Lac is looking for employees to fill available positions within the kitchen team.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Working in fine artisanal pastry under the pastry manager’s supervision. 
• Carrying out tasks related to artisanal pastry production.
• Setting up and ensuring compliance with requested recipes.
• Developing ideas for desserts of the day, table d’hôte, and special events.
• Assembling dishes in compliance with standards for dish presentation.
• Maintaining food storage and preparation areas.
• Effectively communicating with the pastry manager and the rest of the team.
• Carrying out all other tasks required for the proper running of the kitchen.
• Applying health and hygiene regulations, along with occupational health and safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Hold a DVS in pastry (2 years) or have equivalent experience
• Be quick, efficient, and work well under pressure
• Be hard-working, creative, meticulous, and pay attention to detail 
• Have good physical capability
• Be autonomous and resourceful
• Be a good team player
• Communicate well in French
• Be available to work weekdays and weekends
