Proud of its 105 years of existence, Club Laval-sur-le-Lac is looking for employees to fill available positions within the kitchen team.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Reading ingredients and preparing those needed to prepare dishes.
- Organizing and carrying out the workstation setup according to various courses.
- Preparing, cooking, and seasoning dishes as per recipes and by applying appropriate techniques.
- Assembling dishes in compliance with standards and dish presentation.
- Maintaining food storage and preparation areas.
- Effectively communicating with the station chef and the rest of the team.
- Carrying out all other tasks required for the proper running of the kitchen.
- Applying health and hygiene regulations, along with occupational health and safety standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Hold a DVS in cooking or have equivalent experience
- Be quick, efficient, and work well under pressure
- Be hard-working
- Have good physical capability
- Be autonomous and resourceful
- Be a good team player
- Communicate well in French
- Be available to work weekdays and weekends
WORKING CONDITIONS
- There are two shifts per day: morning and evening
