In order to maintain the standards of the club all members and guests are required to respect the dress regulations outlined below. The dress code for the Tooke room (main dining room) is posted for each event held in this room.


  • Tailored trousers or Bermuda type shorts
  • Knee socks, ankle socks or “sockettes”
  • Golf shirts with collars (regular, mock or turtleneck) tucked in
  • Shoes without socks except on the course or in the Tooke room



  • Short shorts
  • Jeans unless specified for specific events; can be worn from the parking lot to the clubhouse
  • Tennis socks
  • Rugby pants or cargo shorts or trousers
  • Bill-board hats
  • Hats in the clubhouse
  • Sandals and flip flops
  • Hats turned backward
  • Hoodies


  • Tailored trousers, capris, Bermuda type shorts or golf shorts, skirts or dresses
  • Golf shirts with or without sleeves with collars (regular, mandarin, mock, turtleneck)



  • Jeans unless specified for specific events

  • Bill-board hats
  • Visors or hats in the clubhouse
  • Flip flops
  • Hoodies



A guest may not play more than five (5) times in any one year.


Wednesday & Thursday: Guests not permitted to tee off between 12:30 p.m. & 1:30 p.m.
Fridays: Guests not permitted to tee off before 12:30 p.m.
Saturdays & Holidays: Guests not permitted to tee off before 12:30 p.m.

Ordinary member may introduce one guest only before 9:00 a.m.

Guests not permitted to tee between 11:15 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.


Members please note: The playing time restrictions may be waived by the starter at his discretion depending on volume of play on the course.


Procedures to be followed in registering guests:

Registering Guests: Members and guests should report at the Proshop where the member shall register the guest's name.  A copy of the registration must be given to the starter before teeing off. Guests must be accompanied by a member and must be at least 12 years of age. A Junior age guest is restricted to the junior playing hour restrictions.


Junior playing restrictions

Regular Juniors

A regular junior is any person who is between, the ages of 10 and 18 on  April 1st of the current year.

Monday: Unlimited play
Tuesday: before 12:00 p.m. and after 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: before 11:30 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m.
Weekends & Holidays: after 4:00 p.m.

Members please note:  On Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, juniors are authorized to play as of 4 p.m. at the discretion of the starter.


Junior members with handicaps of 20 or less, accompanied by a Senior member,

Monday: Unlimited play
Tuesdays: before 12:00 and after 3:30 p.m.
Wednesdays & Fridays:  before 11:30 a.m. and after 5:00 p.m.
Thursdays: before 11:30 a.m. and after 3:30 p.m.
Saturdays & Holidays: after 11:30 a.m.
Sundays: before 8:45 a.m. and after 11:15 a.m.


The use of any electronic communication devices is STRICTLY PROHIBITED on all Club property, except:

  1. in the Club parking lot;
  2. in the designated telephone area of the Clubhouse, where fixed landlines exist to discreetly listen to audio messages; and
  3. for sending and receiving email or text messages with electronic communication devices set to silent or vibrate mode, EXCEPT in the main dining room and the Thompson room where the use of any electronic communication devices is strictly prohibited at all times.

However, the use of electronic communication devices on the course that affects the pace of play will not be tolerated.


Locker Rooms:

  • Refreshments shall not be served in the locker rooms and, as a safety measure, it is undesirable that they be brought into this section of the Clubhouse.
  • Second and third floor rooms as well as the Billiard room are considered part of the Gentlemen's locker room.
  • Members or guests are not permitted to take Club towels from the Clubhouse for use on the golf course.


Alcoholic Beverages:

  • It is not permitted to bring alcoholic beverages into the Clubhouse or purchase same to take out.
  • Junior members or guests may neither purchase alcoholic beverages or tobacco products nor have alcoholic beverages purchased for them.


Policy Regarding Animals:

  • No animals are allowed in the Clubhouse or in any area where food and beverages are served.


Damages/Losses to Club Property or Personal Property:

  • A member or guest damaging Club property shall pay for such damage unless the Board of Directors decides otherwise.
  • The Club will assume no responsibility for loss of, or damage to, cars or contents while parked on Club property or for personal property left anywhere on the Club premises which includes the lockers and locker rooms, Pro shop, and dressing rooms.
